Abstract

РЕЗЮМЕ: Предмет на научното изследване са специалните нормативни разрешения по отношение на правния статус на служителите по трудов договор в Държавна агенция „Национална сигурност“. Разгледани са връзката и съотношението между специалния закон (т.е. Закона за Държавна агенция „Национална сигурност“) и общото трудово законодателство (а именно Кодекса на труда). Направен е анализ и на някои правни норми за социалното осигуряване на посочените лица, които са част от гореспоменатия специален закон. В резултат на критичния правен анализ на действащото законодателство са направени предложения de lege ferenda, с цел усъвършенстване на правната уредба.
