Abstract

Основен проблем на изследването е повишаване на конкурентоспособността на горския сектор в България чрез използване на потенциала на заетите в сектора жени, както и на увеличението на техния дял. Във връзка с това се характеризират работното възнаграждение, минималният осигурителен доход и нивото на образование, като елементи на цената на полагания от жените труд. На база анализ на законодателната рамка в областта, публикации в научната и специализирана литература, статистически данни и информация от проведени индивидуални интервюта се очертават фактори, които оказват и въздействие върху заетостта на жените в горския сектор. Направени са изводи и препоръки за обновявване на управленските практики в сектора, включващи прилагане на съвременни ИКТ технологии.
