Abstract

Rangkuman Business Plan ini disusun untuk mempermudah pembaca dalam menyusun proposal laporan Business Plan, atau mencari seorang investor. Kajian utama Business Plan didahului dengan salam dari Executive Summary sebagai first impression dari seorang pembacara laporan business plan, hingga beranjaknya ke bagian akhir yaitu exit plan sebagai closing dari salah satu harmoni yang ditunggu-tunggu oleh investor. Menyusun business plan tentunya tidak mudah, butuh komitmen dan kegigihan setiap hari dalam belajar suatu hal baru, yang dapat kita implikasikan kepada kehidupan kita, maupun kepada bisnis kita dalam menjalin hubungan dengan investor.
