Disrupsi Budaya Perusahaan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Google

Abstract

Budaya perusahaan merupakan makna bersama yang dimiliki oleh semua anggita perusahaan. Selain itu, budaya perusahaan merupakan nilai norma dan juga nilai kepercayaan yang diikutu oleh semua karyawan atau anggota perusahaan. Dalam pengembangan perusahaan dan pengambilan kebijakan, budaya perusahaan memiliki peran penting. Perusahaan akan dapat menyelesaikan masalah dengan mudah jika budaya perusahaan atau kebiasaan yang diberlakukan cukup baik, dan dapat berdampak pada peningkatan kualitas kerja karyawan atau anggota perusahaan.
