Abstract

Bisnis sepatu Vans seperti Converse, Nike dan Adidas pada tahun 90-an ada di mana-mana mengalami kenaikan (rise). Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan kenaikan (rise) pada bisnis Vans. Studi ini menggunakan studi kasus tunggal pada bisnis Vans yang bergerak di bidang sepatu dengan analisis business model canvas, business pattern, business environment & value proposition canvas. Bisnis sepatu pernah tren pertumbuhan dan sukses karena memiliki value proposition selalu tampil beda walaupun menggunakan desain oldschool akan tetapi tetap keren dan pengguna selalu merasa bangga menggunakannya. Studi merekomendasikan key activities aktifitas marketing dan juga cara untuk melakukan penjualan sebanyak mungkin.
