Abstract

Inovasi model bisnis (business model innovation, BMI) sebagai bagian dari konsep model bisnis (business model) terus mengalami perkembangan dari masa ke masa. Istilah inovasi model bisnis dapat dijelaskan menggunakan beberapa alternatif makna. Ada empat jenis inovasi model bisnis yaitu wirausaha rintisan, transformasi model bisnis, diversifikasi model bisnis, dan akuisisi model bisnis.
