Abstract

El presente documento tiene como objetivo presentar los primeros alcances de los cambios efectuados para mejorar la supervisión del sector hidrocarburos, entre ellos, algunas modificaciones en el esquema sancionador que se ha venido implementando en el Osinergmin para mejorar el cumplimiento de las normas que rigen el sector hidrocarburos en el Perú.
