Abstract

Comme le montre le premier numéro de la série L’enseignement à la loupe, Les enseignants reçoivent-ils la reconnaissance qu’ils méritent ?, il existe un lien entre l’évaluation des enseignants et leur sentiment de confiance en soi et d’efficacité personnelle. Selon les données de l’enquête TALIS, des niveaux élevés de sentiment d’efficacité personnelle sont également associés à un certain nombre d’autres pratiques et comportements positifs susceptibles d’influer sur la qualité de l’enseignement et la réussite des élèves.
