Abstract

L’Enquête TALIS est menée tous les cinq ans depuis 2008, l’édition 2018 marquant le troisième cycle de l’Enquête. Elle offre aux enseignants et aux chefs d’établissement la possibilité d’exprime leurs opinions sur les conditions de travail, les environnements d’apprentissage et les pratiques pédagogiques. Le point de vue des enseignants et des chefs d’établissement est essentiel pour permettre aux systèmes éducatifs de mieux comprendre les événements qui se déroulent dans les établissements et les salles de classe, ainsi que pour orienter l’élaboration des politiques d’éducation. Ce numéro de L’enseignement à la loupe présente le cadre de recherche et la conception de l’Enquête TALIS 2018. Il décrit également le contenu du Volume I des résultats de l’Enquête ainsi que les principales questions auxquelles elle tente de répondre.
