Assurer la continuité des connaissances malgré l’évolution des intérêts politiques dans TALIS 2018

Abstract

La valeur de TALIS repose sur trois grands aspects, tous compris dans le cadre conceptuel : l’élaboration conceptuelle de TALIS repose sur des intérêts politiques tangibles, des besoins précis de données pouvant répondre à des questions complexes, et une forte volonté de partager ces informations de la part des enseignants et des chefs d’établissement des pays et économies participants ; le cadre conceptuel de TALIS fournit une base scientifique riche, des renseignements empiriques et des connexions conceptuelles qui orientent le développement des instruments d’enquête et des rapports pour TALIS 2018 et les cycles postérieurs. Comme pour les cycles précédents, TALIS 2018 a été élaboré dans le cadre d’un dialogue fructueux entre les gouvernements de près de 50 pays et économies, un consortium de recherche international (mené par l’International Association for the Evaluation of Educational Achievement [IEA], en partenariat avec l’Australian Council for Educational Research et Statistique Canada), des syndicats d’enseignants, la Commission européenne et le Secrétariat de l’OCDE.
