Abstract

English Abstract: This paper derives from an in-depth review of empirical research in knowledge management a framework of its crucial factors of success. The objective of our research was to aggregate the identified factors of success in superior fields of analysis, dimensions and categories in order to arrange the previous findings in this field of research. In the end, there is a framework that maps the hypothetical interdependencies among the identified levels of aggregation and provides a basis for further analysis concerning a sound confirmation of the knowledge management factors of success, their characteristics and interdependencies. Keywords: empirical research, success factors, knowledge management
