Abstract

In diesem Arbeitspapier werden die Ergebnisse einer empirischen Untersuchung zur Zusammensetzung und Vergütung des Aufsichtsrats kleiner und mittelständischer Aktiengesellschaften vorgelegt. Befragt wurden mittels eines im Internet verfügbaren Fragebogens die Vorstände derartiger Gesellschaften.
