Die Wissens-Scorecard als Basis eines anwendungsorientierten Ansatzes des Wissensmanagement

Abstract

Trotz des breiten Interesses und der umfangreichen wissenschaftlichen und praktischen Beschäftigung mit Wissensmanagement, fehlt es bisher an anwendungsorientierten Beiträgen zu diesem Management-Konzept. Das Modell der Balanced Scorecard wurde explizit als handlungsorientiertes Strategieumsetzungs-Instrument entwickelt. In diesem Beitrag wird aufgezeigt, wie eine Verknüpfung dieser beiden Konzepte genutzt werden kann, um Gestaltungsoptionen für ein Wissensmanagementsystem zu entwickeln. Die Vorgehensweise zur Ableitung strategischer Ziele, Maßnahmen und möglicher Kennzahlen wird dargestellt. Weiterhin wird das Konzept des Discounted Knowledge Cash Flows vorgestellt, mit dessen Hilfe unterschiedliche Wissensformen im Unternehmen einer qualitativen Bewertung unterzogen werden können.
