Abstract

Working paper comprising a conference paper on relationships among children mortality, health services and household behaviour (esp. Income), with particular reference to Colombia - analyses effects of increasing educational level of homemakers, parental wages, rural migration, fertility and age factors, etc. On declining rate of mortality in developing countries, with a view to future research and labour policy. Bibliography pp. 75 to 78, and statistical tables. Conference held in Mexico city 1979 June 19 to 25.
