Abstract

Working paper on labour shortage problems and dependency on immigration in capital-rich Arab country, analysing patterns and processes of labour mobility in the Middle East - assesses the implications for importing and for supplying countries, speculates on future trends in migration policy, and contributes to a WEP research project on migration and employment. References and statistical tables.
