Determinants of Corporate Entrepreneurship: A meta analysis

Abstract

Many scholars have enriched the corporate entrepreneurship literature by conducting empirical studies examining key research questions. There have been a few meta-analytic studies examining the impact of corporate entrepreneurship on organizational performance. However, ours is the first meta-analytic study conducting an integrative analysis of the determinants of corporate entrepreneurship. The current study therefore integrates the quantitative studies done to estimate the determinants of corporate entrepreneurship through a meta-analytic approach.We found that some meta factorslikemanagement support, environmental dynamism and reward system contributedsignificantly towards corporate entrepreneurship within established firms.
