Abstract

Die Frage nach dem Grad der Offenheit einer Volkswirtschaft ist ein klassischer Topos der oekonomischen Diskussion. Der vorliegende Beitrag versucht eine theoriegeschichtliche Rueckschau auf die Entwicklung der internationalen Oekonomie mit einer Analyse aktueller empirischer Entwicklungen zu verbinden um einige Tendenzen einer sich intensivierenden oekonomischen Globalisierung in den letzten drei Jahrzehnten kritisch zu diskutieren.
