Abstract

"Nach einer starken wirtschaftlichen Entwicklung in den letzten zwei Jahren hat sich die Konjunktur im ersten Halbjahr 2018 auch durch außenwirtschaftliche Einflüsse etwas abgeschwächt, bleibt aber aufwärtsgerichtet. Der Arbeitsmarkt ist weiterhin in sehr guter Verfassung. Die Arbeitslosenquote hat sich im Vergleich zu den Höchstständen Mitte der 2000er Jahre halbiert. Der Aufbau der Beschäftigung ist aber zuletzt etwas langsamer geworden. Die aktuelle IAB-Prognose blickt auf die zu erwartenden Entwicklungen von Konjunktur und Arbeitsmarkt in den Jahren 2018 und 2019." (Autorenreferat, IAB-Doku)
