Abstract

本稿の課題は，経済活動のもっとも基本的な要素である労働力に関してロシアの統計 （特に公刊資料）を収集し，その長期動態を概観することを課題している． この目的のために，可能な限り現代的労働統計の制度を採入れ，またできる限り長期の過去にまでさかのぼってデータベス構築することを目標しとしている．本稿の作業を通じて，1920年代－2015年の期間におけるロシアの就業者数の推移を示すことができた．また，仮設的な推計という限界はあるが，1950－2015年に関して，8部門編成＋合計として，ロシアの産業部門別就業者数の系列を整備することができた．推計結果は，ロシアにおいて就業者数が1980年代初頭まで増大を示したが，80年代に入り停滞し，1990年代には以降ショックより大きく減少していった過程を示している．また，産業部門構成に関しては，農業部門の一貫した縮小傾向，ソ連期における工業部門のシェア拡大と移行期における縮小 ，そしてサービス化の趨勢的な拡大傾向が示された．
