Abstract

Cette étude part du constat dans les années 80 que beaucoup d'entreprises consacrent de plus en plus de moyens à l'innovation et se dotent d'une population technique de très haut niveau. Elle se propose d'étudier cette nouvelle professionnalité technique sous le prisme de l'organisation d'entreprises dans une perspective comparative France-Japon. Un résumé des auteurs plus complet est proposé en annexe.
