Abstract

Ce texte a été rédigé à la suite d'une série d'entretiens réalisés sur la position et la gestion des ingénieurs dans des entreprises japonaises de l'électronique par M. Maurice, H. Nohara et J.J. Silvestre en septembre et octobre 1987. A l'invitation de Professor Ujihara – alors le directeur de Japan Institute of Labor (JIL)- les auteurs ont effectué une série de pré-enquête au Japon qui avait le but de mettre en place une recherche collaborative sur la comparaison France-Japon des ingénieurs et la fonction technique avec le JIL. Il prolonge d'autres travaux réalisés déjà sur l'industrie électronique japonaise et se situe dans le cadre d'une recherche réalisée avec l'appui du PIRTTEM et du Bureau international du travail (BIT). Il ne s'agit pas encore des résultats d'une recherche -qui est en cours- mais de la mise en forme de quelques "faits observés sur place", informations obtenues par les entretiens et hypothèses.
