Abstract

Dans le cadre du programme national Transports de Marchandises en Ville, ce rapport vise à faciliter le transfert du savoir-faire, acquis sur la base des trois grandes enquêtes de Bordeaux, Dijon et Marseille, dans d'autres agglomérations urbaines. Il propose également une rapide description de la démarche de modélisation Freturb qui vise notamment à fournir un outil de diagnostic quantitatif et à simuler les effets de diverses politiques d'aménagement et d'organisation logistique sur l'occupation de la voirie par les véhicules de livraison. Le rapport précise ensuite la méthode qui permet de calculer la génération de mouvements sur la base du fichier SIRENE des établissements de l'INSEE. Des éléments quantitatifs globaux à l'échelle de l'agglomération et de macro-zones peuvent ainsi être désormais réunis au moindre coût, afin de faciliter la prise en compte de l'organisation des flux de distribution urbaine de marchandises.
