L'éthique médicale peut-elle être indépendante de la politique économique ?

Abstract

En économie de la santé, l'éthique professionnelle est souvent l'argument principal opposé par les médecins aux régulations comptables du système de soins. Ce papier relativise cette opposition pour montrer que l'éthique est influencée par un Etat social qui fait son marché. Sous l'emprise de ce référentiel marchand, l'éthique médicale semble alors devenir davantage marchande.
