Abstract

Le présent rapport est le résultat d'une étude courte réalisée à la demande de Monsieur le Ministre de I'Energie sur le bilan et les perspectives de I 'énergie en Bretagne. Les bilans énergétiques régionaux font appel à une méthodologie et des sources qui sont fiables mais qui demandent encore à être améliorés. Les perspectives à l'horizon 1990 relèvent d'un travail plus complexe, faisant intervenir. non seulement une meilleure connaissance du présent, mais aussi une appréciation des potentiels énergétiques disponibles dans des domaines nouveaux et une explicitation des variables de commande susceptibles d'influencer, d'infléchir ou.de transformer. les données énergétiques sur un horizon d'une dizaine d'années. Ce travail ne peut donner lieu, par exemple, à une détermination unique de la consommation finale énergétique en 1990. Seule, une exploration du champ des possibles est justifiée qui conduit à la construction de variantes.
