Abstract

After several bibliographic research attempts concerning the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), we have not found any scientific article on forest taxation and its impact on sustainable forest management in this tropical forest country. However, the subject is fascinating in view of the interests and the actors in the presence following the forest fiscal reform implemented since 2002. This explains our determination to lead this study.
