Abstract

Les services publics contribuent à la cohésion sociale de plusieurs façons. L'une d'elles, assez peu explorée et évaluée, est constituée par l'assistance directe à des publics "défavorisés", dans le cours même des relations de service. Ce travail s'intéresse au cas des relations de guichet à La Poste et s'efforce d'évaluer l'importance de ces prestations "sociales", après les avoir réparties en catégories de "problèmes".
