Abstract

Le chapitre discute de la représentation du phénomène éco-entrepreneurial en proposant de mobiliser la théorie des conventions pour rendre compte de la diversité de ses manifestations. Le modèle conceptuel proposé est ensuite confronté aux représentations et aux discours d'experts du monde agricole breton.
