Abstract

En situation dégradée, la communication de crise devient ainsi un outil de gestion au service de l'institution qu'elle sert, permettant de l'accompagner au mieux pendant la phase de résolution de crise. Ce papier étudie les impératifs hypothétiques indispensables à une communication de crise réussie, en présentant dans le contexte actuel les hypothèses nécessaires à leurs réalisations, puis en démontrant, au moyen d'un cas pratique dans le domaine de la sécurité des biens et des personnes, comment contribuer à instaurer les conditions idéales à leur mise en place. Nous mettons en évidence une mauvaise lecture de l'événement, la conjonction de 4 facteurs préjudiciables, la capacité d'adaptation et de réaction hors norme des hommes de la brigade de sapeurs-pompiers de Paris et la nécessité de favoriser la résilience. Nous démontrerons qu'il est indispensable de constituer une cellule de communication structurée avec une équipe expérimentée, de rechercher au quotidien un esprit de corps et de solidarité exacerbés, de créer un dynamisme d'entreprise qui atteste sa bonne santé et de rechercher une implication des salariés systématique.
