Abstract

Après la parution du rapport Charpin en mars 1999, le débat sur l'avenir des retraites en France s'est heureusement intensifié. Je me propose ici de discuter trois contributions importantes parues à la fin de 1999 : l'Avis Teulade adopté au Conseil économique et social; l'ouvrage cosigné par Jean-Chistophe Le Duigou et Jean-Marie Toulisse, qui exprime le point de vue des deux plus importantes organisations syndicales; enfin, le rapport Taddei, qui propose des solutions originales pour la transition entre le travail et la retraite (...).
