Voyage à Tikidad : De l'accès à l'expérience de consommation

Abstract

A partir d'une approche ethnométhodologique, cet article tente d'enrichir la notion de consommation expérientielle, en mettant l'accent sur la composante praxéologique de l'expérience de consommation. L'étude menée dans un hôtel de type club révèle l'importance de l'appropriation de l'espace dans l'élaboration de l'expérience de consommation. Cette appropriation permet au villégiateur de devenir spectateur ou acteur sur son lieu de vacances. L'étude pose en outre la question du contrôle de l'expérience par le prestataire de service.
