La financiarisation par les marges en Argentine : plaidoyer pour la reconnaissance et l’extension de créances non libérables

Abstract

Ce chapitre analyse les transformations des pratiques financières du monde populaire argentin. Entre 2009 et 2015, la mensualisation des revenus induite par les transformations du système de protection social a ouvert la voie au recours au crédit à la consommation. Il en résulte une nouvelle forme d'exploitation fondée sur le décalage entre le temps de la finance et celui du travail. Pour lutter contre celle-ci, nous proposons le concept de créances non libérables fondées sur la citoyenneté.
