Nature et ontologie sociale de la firme

Abstract

La question de l'ontologie sociale est la grande absente des débats économiques sur la genèse de la firme. Cet article montre que la nature ontologique de la firme ne peut se comprendre que sous quatre conditions: (1) aller au-delà de l'individualisme et du holisme ‘simples'; (2) apprécier la firme comme une entité émergente (re)constitutive; (3) comprendre les interrelations cohésives entre les constituants humains et les ressources non humaines; et (4) définir la firme comme une organisation institutionnalisée.
