Abstract

L'amélioration de la créativité des utilisateurs enrôlés dans les processus de co-création est déterminante pour les entreprises et les plateformes interactives de création. En effet, ces utilisateurs « ordinaires », sollicités pour proposer des idées de nouveaux produits/services, sont souvent assez faiblement créatifs. La stimulation de leur capacité créative est, par conséquent, déterminante. Dans cette perspective, l'imagerie mentale, dont l'implication dans les processus créatifs a souvent été soulignée en psychologie, apparaît comme une variable clé. L'objectif de cette recherche est donc d'examiner si des stimulations de l'imagerie mentale peuvent, en améliorant l'activité d'imagerie mentale suscitée, augmenter la créativité résultante. Deux expérimentations confirment le rôle médiateur de l'imagerie mentale et soulignent les effets favorables de telles stimulations sur la créativité des idées générées.
