Mobilité des chercheurs et coopérations dans les communautés de connaissances : quel agencement pour produire et absorber des communs intellectuels ?

Abstract

Dans une approche centrée sur les dispositifs de partage des savoirs au sein des communautés de connaissances qui produisent des Communs intellectuels, nous examinons les ressorts Ressources Humaines de ces dispositifs. Parmi eux, la mobilité des chercheurs et leurs coopérations externes sont considérées comme devant être articulées, selon des logiques d'acteurs diverses. Une tendance se dessine alors, celle de l'affirmation de la mobilité temporaire des chercheurs, associée à des coopérations externes. Cette évolution, qui demande à être mesurée avec des données solides, peut contribuer à remettre en cause la concentration territoriale des activités scientifiques.
