Abstract

À la recherche de ressources situées telles que le foncier, les entreprises agricoles développent, dans les régions rurales déjà consolidées et dans des espaces à la marge en cours d'intégration aux processus actuels, des formes d'organisation de la production tendues vers l'intensification et la spécialisation. Les différents types d'entreprises rencontrés en Argentine, au Brésil et en Uruguay sont des objets privilégiés d'observation de la globalisation de l'agriculture et des espaces ruraux
