Abstract

Cette contribution a pour objet de réexaminer certains discours pessimistes sur les services et de tenter d'apaiser certaines craintes, en défendant l'idée que l'économie des services n'est pas une économie du déclin, mais une économie de la performance et de l'innovation. Les différents chapitres de l'ouvrage dont cette note constitue une introduction contribuent, chacun à sa manière, à ce plaidoyer général.
