Abstract

Dans une économie du savoir, les universités jouent un rôle majeur. Leurs missions traditionnelles d'enseignement et de recherche sont complétées par une troisième mission qui favorise leur engagement dans le monde socioéconomique, le transfert de technologie, les partenariats avec les entreprises et l'employabilité des étudiants. Dans ce nouveau contexte, un nouveau processus d'adaptation organisationnelle et stratégique est nécessaire. En s'appuyant sur la théorie des organisations ambidextres, notre article analyse le cas d'une organisation universitaire se préparant et s'adaptant à la prise en charge d'une mission supplémentaire à l'échelle de l'établissement : l'insertion professionnelle des étudiants.
