L'hypofirme, fabrique de projets hypermodernes

Abstract

Les pratiques actuelles du projet sont plurielles. Certaines sont ancrées dans une modernité gestionnaire d'après guerre, d'autres sont issues du management frénétique, post-moderne, des années 80. Alors que nous serions dans les prémisses d'une société nouvelle, hypermoderne, émergent des pratiques du projet pensées en complexité. Cependant l'ensemble entre en collision et il n'est pas certain que ces pratiques nouvelles progressent tant les modes de pensée mécanistes persistent. La visite d'une petite entreprise suissesse, une hypofirme, qui invente sa propre forme de projet nous permettra d'entrevoir ce que pourront être ces nouvelles organisations à projets hypermodernes.
