Abstract

Gouvernance et Stratégies des Groupes vise à repenser leur politique générale après que 20 ans de financiarisation excessive aient largement liquidé les cadres antérieurs, notamment la planification stratégique. Cet ouvrage redonne aux dirigeants, managers, actionnaires, syndicats, aux pouvoirs publics des concepts et des outils pour mieux comprendre, concevoir, évaluer et réguler la gouvernance et le management stratégique de ces entités complexes, alors même que l'industrie financière a révélé son incapacité à assurer, à elle seule, cette mission. Fruit de plusieurs années d'études et d'interventions au sein de grands groupes, cette analyse est une contribution originale à la recherche en ces domaines dont les efforts spécifiquement dédiés aux groupes, restent curieusement insuffisants.
