Abstract

L'objectif de notre contribution est d'admettre l'existence d'une difficulté théorique, conceptuelle, quand à la possibilité d'élargir la finalité de l'entreprise privée à une problématique de responsabilité sociale. Il s'agit alors de poser différentes questions aidant à la construction d'un programme de recherches en sciences de gestion.
