Abstract

La communication s'interroge sur la rentabilité des offres de services développées par des entreprises industrielles. Elle recense les différents éléments de ce débat sur le plan théorique et présente les résultats d'une études empirique qui met en évidence l'hétérogénéité des pratiques de facturation et de calcul des coûts dans six PMI.
