Abstract

L'emploi des seniors a émergé tardivement en tant que thème de négociation au niveau des entreprises. Les thèmes de négociation connexes ou plus ciblés sont apparus eux plus précocement. Les accords d'entreprise signés avant l'entrée en vigueur de l'obligation de négocier sur l'emploi des seniors peuvent donc apporter des connaissances utiles sur l'évolution des pratiques des entreprises. La thématique de la gestion de l'âge de départ se décline en plusieurs approches : mise à la retraite, congés de fin de carrière, aménagement du régime de retraite, compte épargne-temps pour des rachats de trimestres ou du temps partiel. Les auteurs illustrent cette problématique à partir de l'étude approfondie des accords signés dans cinq entreprises jusqu'au début 2008 : les Caisses Régionales du Crédit Agricole, Schneider Electric, PSA Peugeot Citroën, l'AGEFOS PME et la Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations.
