Abstract

How do creative companies (cinema, haute cuisine, design, fashion...) manage innovation? How do they manage to escape from routine and formatting? How do they keep creative over time? Through case studies in different creative industries, the book outlines the main principles that can enable any company, whatever its activity, to set up creative processes. Though creativity puts forward talent and individual genius, it also relies on processes and unique organizations.
