Vers une approche socio-économique de mesure du capital humain ?

Abstract

La récente crise économique mondiale a redonné une nouvelle vigueur aux recherches sur le capital humain en soulignant son rôle central dans la performance durable des organisations. En particulier, l'une des questions persistantes de recherche sur le capital humain porte sur sa mesure. Dans ce cadre, l'article discute une solution exploratoire de mesure du capital humain qui mobilise le modèle socio-économique. Il propose notamment un reporting socio-économique du capital humain, utile au pilotage interne et externe des entreprises considérées.
