Abstract

Cette étude économique a pour objectif d'estimer les coûts qu'engendrerait au Québec la mise en place d'un système d'étiquetage obligatoire pour des produits alimentaires contenant des ingrédients dérivés d'OGM ou non-OGM pour l'industrie, les consommateurs et le gouvernement.
