Abstract

L'auteur propose une réflexion économique sur la performance du travail. A travers l'analyse approfondie de deux situations d'entreprise, les modèles de management appliqués aujourd'hui au travail qualifié sont passés au crible. Le travail performant relève davantage de contextes organisationnels où l'adhésion à des valeurs prime sur l'application des règlements. Ces contextes exigent une forte implication du salarié qui entraîne une intensification du travail, voire la mise en échec de l'individu.
