L'accès des jeunes aux politiques d'insertion et à l'emploi : une analyse à partir des enquêtes du CEREQ

Abstract

Cet article, après avoir présenté un diagnostic des difficultés d'insertion des jeu­nes et rappelé les principales mesures de la politique d'insertion, propose une ana­lyse économétrique des caractéristiques qui influencent la probabilité d'accès à l'emploi ou aux dispositifs de cette politique. Les caractéristiques des jeunes occu­pant un emploi sont largement différentes de celles des jeunes qui sont soit au chô­mage, soit bénéficiaires de mesures de politiques d'emploi. Parmi ces derniers, une analyse détaillée montre des différences importantes selon la mesure considérée
