Abstract

Dans ce chapitre nous avons décrit un projet que nous avons mené et qui nous a permis d'étudier in situ de nombreux acteurs. Cette étude naturaliste, ou en situation, nous a conduit à proposer un concept qui présente au moins deux avantages en ce qui concerne la gestion des blessés en opération. Le premier avantage est d'ordre quantitatif et concerne la meilleure adéquation entre situation probable engendrant des blessés et moyens disponibles pour les gérer. Le résultat se traduit alors par une meilleure prise en charge et donc un nombre de pertes réduit. Le second avantage apparaît plus qualitatif et concerne la contextualisation de la décision prise. La distribution de la décision, entre plusieurs décideurs, conduit à une prise en compte plus importante du contexte. En effet, chaque décideur décide dans son contexte qui est au plus près du blessé sur lequel il doit agir. Nous estimons que cette prise en compte du contexte conduit à limiter les erreurs d'interprétation
