Abstract

Les pratiques transgressives quotidiennes des consultants en management permettent, en favorisant la circulation d'informations confidentielles, d'améliorer la prise de décision stratégique des managers. Par les transgressions à la marge qu'il réalise (les entorses aux règles de confidentialités notamment), le consultant agit comme intermédiaire d'échange souterrain entre les entreprises et réalise une fécondation croisée des pratiques managériales.
