Economie sociale et organisation industrielle : le cas des groupements coopératifs d'entreprises

Abstract

Dans cette communication, notre objectif est de contribuer, dans un cadre d'institutionnalisme historique, à une grille de lecture de l'émergence et des dynamiques de transformation des coopératives d'entreprises, les évolutions de cette forme juridique semblant correspondre à un moment de fortes transformations de certains secteurs d'activités. Après une revue des principaux faits stylisés des coopératives d'entreprises dans le secteur des industries culturelles, nous nous intéresserons à la manière dont les théories institutionnalistes prétendent rendre compte de cette forme particulière de coopérative et de l'économie sociale en général. En conclusion nous proposons à partir des problèmes soulevés quelques pistes de réflexion pour une approche régulationniste renouvelée de l'économie sociale.
